Cel Echavez was admitted to the bar in 2005. Her practice of law primarily covers aspects of corporate and commercial law. She has handled matters on behalf of local and international clients encompassing a broad range of issues such as Corporate Compliance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring, Securities Reportorial Compliance, Private Equity, Procurement, and Accreditation with PEZA and BOI.

Her estate planning expertise extends beyond the borders of the Philippines. She also guides, advises, and sets-up offshore companies and foundations for clients.

Cel obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from the De La Salle University (Dean�s List) and her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College.
