Tem Ungson has extensive trial experience involving civil, labor and criminal cases. He is also an experienced negotiator in collective bargaining agreements between management and labor unions.  He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at San Beda College and his bachelor of Science of Arts Degree in Philosophy at De La Salle University.  He was admitted to Philippine Bar in 1982.
